These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gorz.group and related pages operated by GORZ Group ("GORZ", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the site.

gorz.group is an awareness and information site about GORZ and DIAL (Decentralized Industrial Asset Layer). It may include articles, architecture explanations, a whitelist signup, and links to third-party content. It does not currently offer token sales, wallet connection, staking, or investment products.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You may not use the site if doing so would violate applicable law or if you are prohibited from receiving services under applicable sanctions or export-control rules.

The site and whitelist are not directed at, intended for, or available to Restricted Persons.

A "Restricted Person" means any person who is: (a) located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen or national of the United States of America; (b) included on any applicable sanctions, denied-party, or restricted list maintained by relevant authorities; or (c) located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions where use of this site would be unlawful.

Restricted Persons must not use this site or submit information through it, including the whitelist. We may block, refuse, or terminate access based on IP address, declared location, eligibility confirmations, or other signals. Do not use VPNs or similar tools to circumvent this restriction.

By using the site, you represent and warrant that you are not a Restricted Person. This section is aligned with our Privacy Policy.

The whitelist is an expression of interest in GORZ updates and related communications. Whitelist registration does not constitute an offer, allocation, reservation, entitlement, right to purchase, right to receive tokens, or guarantee of future participation in any GORZ product, network, token sale, or program.

We may accept, reject, or remove whitelist entries at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

If you submit an email address or other information (for example through the whitelist), you agree that:

• the information is accurate and you will update it if it changes;
• we may use it to communicate with you about GORZ (for example whitelist confirmation or project updates);
• we process it as described in our Privacy Policy;
• where required, you have affirmatively confirmed eligibility and accepted the applicable version of these Terms and the Privacy Policy at the time of submission.

You are responsible for activity under any contact details you provide.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, token, or investment product. Content is for general information only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

References to a "GORZ token" describe planned or future network participation mechanics. There is no public token sale on this site at this stage.

Blockchain networks and digital assets involve risks including volatility, smart-contract failure, loss of keys, regulatory change, and irreversible transactions. We do not control Solana or any third-party blockchain.

The site and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited license to access and view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

If you submit ideas or feedback, GORZ may use them to improve the website, services, and ecosystem without creating any obligation to compensate the submitting party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to violate these Terms or applicable law, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, scrape data except as allowed, impersonate others, spam, or circumvent access restrictions (including Restricted Person rules). We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

The site may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GORZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GORZ's total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the site shall not exceed the greater of (i) USD $100 or (ii) the total amounts you paid to GORZ for services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or gross negligence or willful misconduct, where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date and version number. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to GORZ Group, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Courts with competent jurisdiction over GORZ Group shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
