GORZ Privacy Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective August 10, 2026

1. Restricted Jurisdictions and Persons

gorz.group and the whitelist are not directed at, intended for, or available to Restricted Persons.

A "Restricted Person" means any person who is: (a) located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen or national of the United States of America; (b) included on any applicable sanctions, denied-party, or restricted list maintained by relevant authorities; or (c) located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions where use of this site would be unlawful.

  • Prohibition: Restricted Persons must not access this site or register for the whitelist.
  • Your representation: By using the site, you represent that you are not a Restricted Person and are eligible under applicable law.
  • Enforcement: We may block, refuse, or terminate access based on IP address, declared location, eligibility confirmations, or other signals. Do not use VPNs or similar tools to circumvent restrictions.

2. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how GORZ Group ("GORZ", "we", "us", "our") processes personal information in connection with gorz.group and related pages.

Data controller: GORZ Group
Privacy contact: [email protected]

3. Our Approach — Minimum Viable Data

GORZ follows a Minimum Viable Data principle: we seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the website and related services. We do not intentionally create advertising profiles or behavioral profiles for targeted advertising.

4. What We Collect

4.1 Information you provide directly

  • Email address: when you join the whitelist or contact us.
  • Eligibility confirmations: your affirmative confirmations that you are not a Restricted Person and that you agree to our Terms and this Policy.
  • Optional identifier: any non-sensitive alias or identifier you choose to provide, if applicable.

4.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit or interact with the site, we or our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP (where available);
  • browser type, device class, operating system, and user-agent string;
  • request timestamps, referrer URL, and basic request/security logs;
  • session or cookie identifiers where described below;
  • anti-abuse and security signals (for example bot-detection results).

4.3 Whitelist technical and interaction signals

When you submit the whitelist form, we may store limited technical and interaction information together with your registry entry, including device class, connection type, wallet-provider detection (if present), and interaction signals such as scroll depth and session timing. Anti-abuse signals (for example device class, connection type, and wallet-provider detection) help prevent fraud and automated abuse. Interaction signals (for example scroll depth and timing) help us understand form usability and service quality. We do not use this information for targeted advertising.

4.4 Analytics (consent-gated)

With your consent via the site banner, we use first-party, cookieless page analytics on gorz.group. Based on our current configuration, email addresses and names are not sent to our analytics provider. You may decline analytics; core site functions, including whitelist signup, still work without analytics consent.

4.5 Cookies and similar technologies

A signed HTTP-only session cookie is used only for staff admin access. Our bot protection provider may set cookies when you use the whitelist form. Analytics cookies are loaded only if you accept the analytics banner.

5. How We Use Information

  • operating, securing, and maintaining the website;
  • processing whitelist registrations and sending related communications;
  • preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • measuring site performance and improving user experience (where permitted);
  • complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms;
  • responding to inquiries sent to [email protected].

6. Service Providers and Data Processors

GORZ remains responsible for deciding why and how personal information is processed. We use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, bot protection, DNS and CDN services, and consent-based analytics. These providers process data on our behalf only as needed to operate and secure the site.

We do not sell, lease, or trade your personal information.

7. International Data Processing and Transfers

Personal information may be processed in, transferred to, or stored in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers maintain infrastructure. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers. By using the site, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

8. Whitelist — No Entitlement

Whitelist registration is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute an offer, allocation, reservation, entitlement, right to purchase, right to receive tokens, or guarantee of future participation in any GORZ product, network, or sale.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operation, security, fraud prevention, communications, and legitimate record-keeping. Retention may also be subject to backup, disaster-recovery, legal, regulatory, and security requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable exceptions.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, request portability where applicable, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise applicable rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before responding.

11. Security

GORZ implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic security can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes will be reflected by version number. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy, to the extent permitted by law.
